Personalised Online Fitness Training:
Customised to suit your needs and location whether that be working out at your own local gym or at home
Available to local clients, these are a non-invasive scan that provide you with great data about your body composition, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, segmental muscle and fat analysis and much much more. It is a fantastic tool for setting goals and provides evidence of your health and fitness journey.
Small Group Training
Lara outdoor group training sessions have resumed and are held every Tuesday at 9.30am for a duration of 30 minutes.
All other sessions are currently ON HOLD due to COVID but the below information is relevant for when they resume.
Depending on the location, sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes long and are based around functional fitness, which will not only improve your fitness but will assist you perform activities in your daily life. Minimum group size for each style of training is 3 with a maximum of 8 in Lara and 12 in Fyansford.
FitN30 and FitN45 – Anything goes in these hybrid sessions: Strength, cardio, HIIT, bodyweight, core can all feature, together with different timings. These sessions will improve your fitness, strength, core and balance and are great for women in MidlIfe and beyond as they suit all fitness levels. There is lots of variety, so no time to get bored as no two sessions are the same.
ToneFit – These circuit sessions are based on interval training with short rest breaks and are 30 minute sessions. No two sessions are the same and will consist of different exercises using bodyweight and/or equipment. ToneFit will elevate your heart rate, improve your strength and change your body shape. ToneFit is suitable for all fitness levels and all ages.
Metafit – These sessions are High Intensity Interval Timing (HIIT) and include a warm up. Allow up to 30 minutes for these sessions. Metafit is a time efficient, whole body workout using only bodyweight exercises. Metafit changes resting metabolism and has the body burning fat for 24 hours. Metafit is suitable for women of all fitness levels.
