Welcome to Embracing Fitness

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce “Embracing Fitness” to you.  Here at Embracing Fitness, the aim is to motivate, encourage, support and inspire women of all age groups, to improve their health and fitness and enhance their quality of life.  Embracing Fitness suits beginners and those returning to fitness, looking for something different or simply wanting to add to or change up their current routine.

Training is conducted indoors or outdoors via Small Group sessions in Geelong, Lara and neighbouring suburbs, at an affordable price.  Embracing Fitness is your Small Group Training specialist where that sense of belonging and support is really felt.  It doesn’t matter what your age is, whether you are 21 or 71, younger or older, you will be welcomed at Embracing Fitness.

Embracing Fitness prides itself on promoting a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere where there is no judgement, no intimidation, just positive encouragement, where laughter is an essential ingredient.  All that is asked of you is that you train to the best of your ability, bring along a can-do attitude and be willing to give it a go.
